Galaxy Cue LLC operates Galaxy Cue. Businesses decide how to run their Client relationships and Events. Galaxy Cue processes that workspace data to provide the service and separately controls its public site, platform accounts, security operations, billing administration, and product communications.
Marketplace participation is optional. A Client choosing Marketplace authorizes the limited request details needed for eligible Businesses to evaluate that opportunity; it does not expose private workflows or one Business’s records to another. Galaxy Cue supplies matching technology and does not perform, supervise, license, insure, or guarantee the Event services offered by independent Businesses.
Galaxy Cue LLC is the platform operator
Effective August 7, 2026, the public policy set identifies Galaxy Cue LLC as the legal operator, contracting platform party, and controller for Galaxy Cue’s own account, subscription, security, public-site, and product-communication purposes. Where an earlier pilot record or notice identified a different operator, Galaxy Cue LLC must provide any notice, consent, assignment, or novation required by the applicable agreement or law before relying on the transition.
Product privacy defaults
- Client-facing and Business-only fields are separated by role and Event access.
- Full birth dates and home addresses stay out of Client-facing Event documents.
- Payment-card and bank credentials remain with hosted payment providers.
- No advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers are currently installed.
- Promotional email requires separate consent from transactional workflow notices.
- Typed Danger Zone confirmation protects destructive actions.
Consent is specific—not bundled
Galaxy Cue keeps required service acknowledgements separate from optional marketing, birthday marketing, media/social use, workflow email, and SMS choices. A Client can change optional preferences per Business connection without changing the underlying global account.
Versioned policies and records
Material changes should receive a new effective date and, when legally required, a new acknowledgement or notice. Existing consent-event records preserve the wording, version, source, actor, and time of the choice so a later UI change does not rewrite history.
Scope and responsibility boundaries
Galaxy Cue’s product controls support consistent workflows, records, consent, and access boundaries, but no policy or software service can eliminate every legal, security, availability, or operational risk. Each Business remains responsible for the laws, licenses, insurance, taxes, marketing, music rights, employment rules, and Event services applicable to its own operations.
Galaxy Cue does not currently target a dedicated Italy or European Union offering. The Italy & EU Supplement explains the additional rules that apply if territorial scope, an EU establishment, an EU-directed offering, or covered monitoring brings an account or activity within those laws.
