This policy explains cookies, local storage, session storage, cached application files, and similar technologies used by Galaxy Cue.

Current configuration: Galaxy Cue uses necessary authentication and application storage. It does not currently install advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or similar tracking is added, users in jurisdictions requiring consent will receive an equally visible accept/reject choice before it runs.

Strictly necessary authentication and security

Galaxy Cue and its authentication provider may store session identifiers, refresh information, login-flow state, and security preferences so a user can sign in, stay signed in where selected, reach the correct workspace, and prevent unauthorized access. Disabling this storage can prevent the Business OS, Client App, or Admin OS from functioning.

Application preferences and draft continuity

The applications may use browser local or session storage for unsent form drafts, onboarding progress, navigation state, feature preferences, version markers, and recovery from a temporary connection failure. Authoritative cloud records remain subject to the Privacy Policy and retention schedule. Browser data can remain until it expires, is replaced, the user signs out where applicable, or the browser/site data is cleared.

Third-party resources

Galaxy Cue currently uses providers described in the Subprocessor List. A provider may receive technical request information such as IP address, browser, time, and requested resource when its service is loaded. External Business payment links, social platforms, app stores, and other sites are separate services; their cookies and storage are governed by their own policies after the user leaves Galaxy Cue.

Your controls

You can clear Galaxy Cue site data through browser settings and can use a private browsing window. Clearing authentication storage signs you out; clearing unsynced local drafts can permanently remove them. Strictly necessary storage is not presented as optional where the requested service cannot work without it.

Where consent is legally required for a future non-essential technology, Galaxy Cue will not use a prechecked box or treat silence as consent. Consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given, without disabling necessary account functions.

Policy and inventory changes

The effective date changes when the technology inventory or purpose materially changes. A materially new non-essential purpose will receive any advance notice and consent required by law.
