Review it. Keep it. Then sign it.
This disclosure explains consent to receive records and sign electronically in Galaxy Cue.
Records covered
With consent, Galaxy Cue may provide quotes, contracts, disclosures, approvals, signature records, retainer and final-payment requests, receipts, cancellation notices, workflow notices, and related Event communications electronically. Records excluded from electronic delivery by applicable law remain excluded.
How consent is given
Before accepting a Quote and signing a Contract, the signer types a full legal name and affirmatively checks the electronic-signature consent. Galaxy Cue records available Event, Client, signer, document, email, and timestamp information so the signature can be associated with the document presented.
Clicking an ordinary navigation button, opening a document, or receiving an email is not by itself a signature. The Business remains responsible for ensuring its Contract identifies the parties, services, amount, cancellation terms, and legally required disclosures.
Hardware and software requirements
You need a current web browser with JavaScript, internet access, an active email address, a device capable of displaying the document, and the ability to download or print HTML or PDF records. If these requirements change materially, a new disclosure and consent may be required.
Paper copies and downloads
Download, print, or save each Quote, Contract, and receipt when presented. You may request a paper copy from the Business using the Event message channel or the contact method in the Contract. The Business must disclose any paper-copy fee before charging it.
Withdrawing electronic consent
You may withdraw consent for future electronic records by notifying the applicable Business through the authenticated Event message channel and, when the request concerns Galaxy Cue platform records, through verified platform support. State the Event ID and a current delivery address. Withdrawal is effective after reasonable processing and does not invalidate records already signed or automatically cancel an Event agreement. Paper handling may delay or prevent completion of an online workflow.
Keeping contact information current
Update your Client profile or notify the applicable Business if your email, phone, or address changes. A record sent to an outdated address may not reach you.
Record integrity and access
Galaxy Cue should preserve the accepted Quote and Contract content together with the signature evidence, make the completed document accessible to authorized parties, and allow it to be accurately reproduced later. Completed documents remain available under the Event’s documents subject to retention and deletion rules.
Business responsibilities
Galaxy Cue supplies the electronic workflow but does not provide legal advice or decide whether a Business’s Contract is enforceable. Each Business must use a counsel-reviewed Contract, provide the signer a clear opportunity to review it, avoid pre-checked consent, maintain accurate contact information, and provide required paper or alternative access.
