Galaxy Cue separates the global account, profile, Business connections, Events, documents, and accounting history. A verified request must identify what should change.

Drafts can be deleted. Submitted Events follow cancellation, archive, and Contract rules.
A verified account request checks all Business connections and dependent Events.
Ask for access, portability, applicable opt-outs, or review of a denied request.
Depending on location and law, a person may request confirmation and access; correction; deletion; a portable copy; withdrawal of optional consent; opt-out of sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limits on certain sensitive uses; non-discriminatory treatment; and appeal of a denied request. Galaxy Cue does not currently sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or make qualifying high-impact decisions through automated profiling.
Galaxy Cue matches the request to an authenticated account, verified email, Event/Business relationship, and the sensitivity of the requested action. Additional information may be requested, but it should be proportionate and should not create a new unnecessary identity-document database. Authorized agents must provide proof of authority where required.
Client Account: global authenticated identity. Profile: reusable contact and preference information. Business Connection: relationship and per-Business consent. Event: one Business-specific project. Document: booking request, consultation, Quote, Contract, planning, Timeline, or receipt. Accounting snapshot: limited financial history that may remain after operational deletion.
A Client may delete a private draft. After submission, cancellation protects contract, payment, and audit history. Cancelled incomplete Events remain in Archive for 30 days before operational purge. Completed Events remain archived until an authorized permanent-deletion action. Removing an Event must clean up dependent Client views and forms so no orphan remains.
Deleting a Galaxy Cue Event does not itself cancel a third-party payment, external provider record, or legal Business–Client agreement.
Optional promotional email, birthday marketing, workflow email, SMS, and media/social choices can be changed separately. An unsubscribe or consent withdrawal should be honored without deleting the account or blocking necessary security and transactional records. A limited suppression record may remain to prevent future marketing.
Galaxy Cue may retain the minimum record needed for accounting/tax, contract enforcement, fraud and security, legal claims, consent and unsubscribe proof, incident response, or backup rotation. That record should be restricted from ordinary product use and deleted or anonymized when the independent reason ends. See Storage & Retention.
Galaxy Cue and the applicable Business will respond within the period required by the law that applies after a verifiable request is received. Extensions, denials, or fees will be used only where law permits and will be explained. Requests are ordinarily free, but manifestly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive requests may be handled as permitted by law.
If a request is denied, the response should explain the reason and available appeal route. To appeal, reply through the same verified channel with “Privacy Appeal” and the prior request identifier. A person in Italy may also lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Subject to the GDPR, verified requests are answered without undue delay and ordinarily within one month, with a permitted extension for complex or numerous requests. No one will be discriminated against for exercising a valid privacy right.
