Illegal, deceptive, or harmful use
Do not use Galaxy Cue for unlawful services, fraud, harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, unsafe activity, impersonation, deceptive listings, counterfeit documents, or conduct that violates another person’s rights.
Privacy and personal-data abuse
Do not access, disclose, copy, export, combine, sell, scrape, profile, or market to personal information without authority and a lawful purpose. Do not upload raw card or bank credentials, government ID images, passwords, API keys, one-time codes, medical records, or other highly sensitive information not requested by the product.
Security and availability abuse
Do not bypass authorization or rate limits; test another tenant without written permission; introduce malware; probe or scan systems outside an approved security process; interfere with availability; automate account creation; reverse engineer protected components; or expose provider credentials. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through the verified support process.
Messages, notifications, and marketing
Do not send spam, purchased-list campaigns, misleading subject lines, unlawful automated texts, or marketing after consent is withdrawn. Businesses must maintain accurate sender identity, required postal information, unsubscribe controls, and consent records. Transactional workflow messages must not be disguised promotions.
Files, music, photos, and other content
Submit only content you have the right to use. Do not upload infringing, illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Music and playlist links do not grant public-performance, synchronization, mechanical, or other licenses; the responsible Business must obtain permissions required for its Event. Galaxy Cue may remove or restrict material after a valid infringement report and may terminate repeat or serious infringers under the Copyright & Infringement Policy.
Marketplace integrity
Do not submit fake opportunities, harvest Client leads, collude on pricing, misrepresent service areas, repeatedly accept and abandon requests, route conversations around safety controls for fraud, or use competitor information for unrelated solicitation. Pass only when genuinely declining an opportunity and honor Client cancellation choices.
Automation and integrations
Use API, email, social, and payment integrations only through authorized interfaces and within provider rules. Do not store secrets in public code, send messages outside configured consent, or build an automated decision that unlawfully discriminates or hides a material decision from the affected user.
Enforcement
Galaxy Cue may investigate, remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend access, terminate accounts, contact affected users, and cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, Galaxy Cue may warn the user and allow correction. Serious security, safety, fraud, or legal risk may require immediate action.
Good-faith reporting of safety, privacy, accessibility, or security concerns is not prohibited retaliation or misuse.
