Plan for the Event—even when technology fails.
This policy explains availability, previews, maintenance, external providers, recovery, important-record exports, and incident communication.
Reasonable efforts, not uninterrupted service
Galaxy Cue uses reasonable operational efforts to provide the service, but internet software can experience defects, delay, degraded performance, unauthorized activity, maintenance, and outages. Users must not rely on Galaxy Cue as the only source for emergency instructions, safety decisions, legally required records, or time-critical Event-day operations.
Soft launch and preview features
A feature identified as beta, preview, pilot, experimental, or soft launch may be incomplete, may produce unexpected results, and may be changed or withdrawn. Preview use should be limited to information and workflows the user can independently verify. Preview status does not waive mandatory privacy, security, consumer, or accessibility duties.
Maintenance and change control
Galaxy Cue may conduct scheduled or emergency maintenance and may modify a feature to address security, legal, provider, or reliability concerns. When practicable, material planned interruption receives advance notice through the platform or verified contact channel. Emergency security work may occur without advance notice.
External dependencies and force majeure
Authentication, database, hosting, email, payment links, social publishing, networks, devices, and app stores depend on third parties outside Galaxy Cue’s direct control. Galaxy Cue is not responsible for an external provider’s independent act or terms. Performance may also be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including telecommunications failure, natural disaster, governmental action, labor disruption, war, civil disorder, or widespread cyberattack.
Important records and Event-day continuity
Businesses and Clients should review and retain copies of signed Contracts, accepted Quotes, receipts, final timelines, essential contact details, and Event-day instructions. A Business should maintain an offline or alternative continuity plan for an imminent Event. A local copy must be stored securely and deleted when no longer needed.
Backup, restore, and data loss
Provider backups and recovery systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every record or recent change can be restored. A restore may return data to an earlier point and must reapply valid deletion, consent, and suppression records where practicable. Users must promptly report missing or incorrect records and avoid continuing a workflow on information they know is wrong.
Incident communication
Galaxy Cue will investigate credible availability, security, or privacy incidents and communicate with affected users or Businesses when required by law, contract, or the incident’s operational impact. Notices may evolve as facts are confirmed. Users must keep contact information current and should verify urgent instructions inside the authenticated app rather than trusting unexpected email links.
Remedies and signed service levels
Any service credit, uptime commitment, or exclusive availability remedy must appear in a signed Business order or service-level agreement. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply, subject to rights that law does not permit the parties to exclude.
