What guided Beta participation means.

Pre-release program

The Galaxy Cue Beta is a limited testing program operated by Galaxy Cue LLC. The software, screens, workflows, integrations, availability, limits, and documentation may change during the Beta. A Beta workspace is not a representation that every planned feature is complete, error-free, suitable for a particular Business, or ready to replace the Business’s independent records and continuity procedures.

Beta access is governed by the Terms of Service, this notice, the Privacy Notice, and the other policies presented during onboarding. No paid subscription begins through the Beta application.

Guided onboarding

If approved, the applicant agrees to complete the in-product Business onboarding and participate in a reasonable setup or feedback session requested by Galaxy Cue. Guided onboarding may include confirming Business identity, service categories, operating area, notification preferences, templates, and initial workspace settings.

The applicant remains responsible for reviewing configuration, testing workflows with non-sensitive sample information, maintaining independent operational records, and deciding when the workspace is suitable for real Event activity.

Testing and feedback

Galaxy Cue may ask the applicant to describe usability issues, defects, confusing screens, missing workflow information, or desired improvements. Do not include another person’s confidential information, payment credentials, authentication codes, API keys, or unnecessary personal data in feedback. Galaxy Cue may use non-confidential feedback to improve the platform without an obligation to implement a suggestion or pay compensation.

Transactional and optional communications

Application status, secure sign-in, approval, security, and required onboarding messages are transactional communications necessary to administer the Beta request. Optional product-news email is a separate choice and is not required for approval. An applicant may withdraw optional marketing consent using the available unsubscribe or preference method.

Application and onboarding information

Galaxy Cue processes verified email, applicant contact information, Business information, service categories, goals, consent records, application status, review notes, and workspace-provisioning information as described in the Privacy Notice. Acceptance evidence includes the authenticated account, document version, date and time, and confirmation that the review window reached the end.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, raw payment-card data, government identification numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or third-party secrets in the application.

Approval, suspension, and availability

Galaxy Cue may approve, decline, wait-list, limit, pause, or end Beta participation based on capacity, security, product fit, misuse, legal requirements, or program changes. Approval applies only to the authenticated applicant and provisioned Business workspace. Access may expire on the date shown in the application status unless extended.

Withdrawal and records

An applicant may decide not to submit after reviewing this notice. A submitted applicant may request withdrawal through the available support channel. Galaxy Cue may retain limited application, consent, security, unsubscribe, and audit records when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or proof of user choices, subject to the Privacy Notice and retention schedule.

By clicking Agree after reviewing this notice, the authenticated applicant confirms that they understand the guided Beta expectations and voluntarily choose to continue to the Business application.
