One Event can need several independent providers.

Client-controlled posting

A Client chooses Open Marketplace instead of a specific connected Business and selects the service categories needed—such as DJ, photographer, band, MC, or solo musician. The Client must have authority to request the Event and provide the Event Contact information.

What eligible Businesses can see

Marketplace may show Event type, date, start time, duration, town/city or venue label, approximate service area, requested categories, guest count, and relevant request details. It should not expose a full home address, full birth date, private files, payment credentials, or another Business’s workflow before the Client selects that Business.

Matching and responses

Galaxy Cue uses a Business’s self-reported capabilities, service area, and enabled Marketplace settings to route an opportunity. Matching is rules-based workflow routing, not a professional recommendation or individualized suitability determination. A Business may express interest or pass. Galaxy Cue does not routinely verify identity, ownership, background, licenses, insurance, references, qualifications, pricing, or availability unless the interface expressly states that a particular item was verified. Clients should independently verify every material provider fact.

Building an Event team

A Client may select a different Business for each requested category. Each selection creates or links a separate Business-specific booking request and Event workflow under the larger Marketplace project. One Business sees only its own relationship and workflow; the Client sees the overall project and selected providers.

Separate quotes, contracts, and payments

Each selected Business controls its own price, Contract, retainer, cancellation terms, final payment, taxes, refund rules, and performance. The Client contracts directly with each Business. Galaxy Cue and Galaxy Cue LLC are not parties to those agreements, do not receive or hold Event funds, and do not combine separate providers into one guarantee. Clients must review each provider’s documents and resolve provider charges through that provider and its payment processor.

Independent parties; no agency

Marketplace Businesses are independent users—not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, franchisees, subcontractors, or representatives of Galaxy Cue or Galaxy Cue LLC. No user may make a promise, warranty, refund commitment, safety representation, or legal statement on behalf of Galaxy Cue. Galaxy Cue does not direct how a Business performs Event services.

Passing, withdrawal, cancellation, and reset

A passed opportunity should leave the declining Business’s active list. Before Quote and Contract acceptance, a selected Business that withdraws may return the affected service category to the Client’s Marketplace project so another provider can respond. After acceptance, the Business–Client Contract controls cancellation and replacement.

A Client may close an open post, subject to accepted provider agreements. Closing the Marketplace project does not silently cancel an already accepted provider Event.

Safety and due diligence

Keep negotiations, documents, and material decisions attached to the Event where possible. Do not send payment credentials, identity documents, one-time codes, or provider secrets through messages. Before meeting, entering property, exchanging money, or relying on a provider, users should independently evaluate identity, references, credentials, insurance, licenses, venue rules, safety practices, and written terms. Contact emergency services or law enforcement—not platform support—for an immediate threat.

User disputes and allocation of risk

Galaxy Cue may receive a report, preserve relevant platform records, restrict access, or cooperate with lawful authorities, but it does not adjudicate Event-service disputes or guarantee recovery. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace users are responsible for disputes with each other and release Galaxy Cue LLC and its personnel from claims arising from another user’s listing, selection, communication, Contract, payment, cancellation, property, injury, or performance. This release does not apply to Galaxy Cue LLC’s own conduct to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

The disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity obligations in the Terms of Service also apply to Marketplace use.
