Limited license

Galaxy Cue LLC grants an authenticated, authorized user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Galaxy Cue application assigned to that user, solely for lawful Business, Client, Event, or platform-administration purposes. No ownership in the software, source code, brand, design, or documentation is transferred.

Account and device responsibility

You must use your own verified account, protect your email account and devices, keep authentication codes private, sign out of shared devices, and promptly report suspected misuse. A Business controls which personnel may use its workspace. A Client controls the global Client account but sees only Events and Business connections authorized to that account.

Restrictions

Except where applicable law forbids a restriction, you may not copy, modify, translate, sell, rent, sublicense, scrape, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, reverse engineer, decompile, create a competing data service from, or use automated means to overload Galaxy Cue. You may not remove notices, impersonate another user, or access another Business’s or Client’s records.

Third-party services and Event payments

Galaxy Cue may link to authentication, email, social, storage, or payment providers governed by their own agreements. Event payment links are supplied by the entertainment Business and open outside Galaxy Cue. Galaxy Cue LLC is not the merchant for Event services and does not handle Event funds or payment credentials.

Updates and availability

Galaxy Cue may automatically update the web application, security controls, data structures, and supported features. Continued access may require a supported browser, current application version, network access, and acceptance of a materially updated agreement where legally required. Offline, cached, or Beta features may be incomplete and must not be the user’s only copy of an operationally critical Event record.

Termination and effect

This license ends when the account or applicable workspace access ends, or when the user materially violates the governing agreements. The user must stop accessing the application after termination. Provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, user content, disclaimers, liability, dispute handling, and records that must lawfully be retained survive as applicable.
