Platform subscriptions · Draft August 7, 2026

Understand the charge before it starts.

These terms govern Galaxy Cue platform plans purchased from Galaxy Cue LLC. They do not govern Event retainers or final payments paid directly to an entertainment Business.

Activation gate: Paid Starter and Professional subscriptions are not currently available. Paid self-service billing must stay disabled until checkout, receipts, cancellation, refunds, taxes, legal contacts, and these terms match the actual billing provider and have been reviewed by licensed counsel.

Scope and seller

Galaxy Cue is a software platform operated by Galaxy Cue LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. A Galaxy Cue subscription purchases platform access from Galaxy Cue LLC. A Business’s separate Event services, Contracts, retainers, refunds, and final payments are transactions between that Business and its Client.

Clear checkout and affirmative consent

Before a charge, checkout must display the selected plan, price, billing frequency, taxes or how they are calculated, trial or promotional period, renewal terms, material limits, cancellation method, refund rule, and the seller identity. The purchase control must unambiguously communicate that it creates a payment obligation. Recurring billing may begin only after the payer gives express informed consent, and Galaxy Cue must retain appropriate proof of that consent.

Renewal and receipts

If the checkout states that a subscription automatically renews, it renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. A receipt or durable confirmation should identify the plan, amount, date, billing interval, renewal status, tax, and cancellation path. Renewal reminders will be sent when required by applicable law or the disclosed plan.

Plan and price changes

Galaxy Cue may change plan features prospectively. A material price, renewal, or billing-frequency change requires advance notice and any renewed consent required by law. A downgrade may reduce capacity or access after the current paid period, but Galaxy Cue should provide a reasonable opportunity to export important records before a loss of access.

Simple cancellation

A subscription purchased online must be cancellable through a comparably simple online method. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the effective cancellation date; it does not reverse charges already properly incurred, cancel a Client Event, or erase records subject to retention. Galaxy Cue may confirm cancellation and the last date of paid access without forcing the payer through unrelated offers or a sales call.

Refunds and billing disputes

The refund rule shown before purchase controls, subject to mandatory law. Unless checkout or law states otherwise, cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal and does not create a prorated refund for a period already started. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges should be reported promptly through the published billing channel. A chargeback does not itself cancel the account or resolve an underlying contract dispute.

Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales, use, value-added, or similar taxes unless checkout says otherwise. Galaxy Cue LLC is responsible for taxes it is legally required to collect on Galaxy Cue subscriptions; the subscriber remains responsible for taxes imposed directly on it. Tax treatment must be confirmed for each launch jurisdiction.

Event payments are different

Entertainment Businesses use their own third-party hosted payment providers for Event retainers and final payments. Galaxy Cue and Galaxy Cue LLC do not collect, hold, escrow, or settle those Event funds and do not determine the Business’s refund, cancellation, chargeback, or tax obligations.

Billing contact required before activation

Before paid checkout is enabled, Galaxy Cue must publish a working billing/support contact and mailing address, identify the payment processor, and ensure that the in-product cancellation control and this policy describe the same process.
